It sews effortlessly through mesh, knitted fabrics, denim, and other materials, making it ideal for diverse production environments. Its upgraded sewing mechanism delivers greater seam thickness and wider stitch capability, while the extended stroke provides powerful, stable performance on thick materials without skipped stitches or thread breakage. Built with enhanced anti-counterfeiting features, the machine maintains brand integrity and ensures authenticity. The advanced motor system offers exceptional reliability with a low failure rate and has improved resistance against voltage fluctuations ranging from 90–295V, making it suitable for varying power conditions. The Jack 6 Thread Overlocker uses direct drive, energy saving technology which makes it low on electricity consumption, very quiet and with low vibration and can be used as a 4 thread or 5 thread overlocker. This will enable the CMT factories to switch from woven fabrics to knitted fabrics without the need to change overlockers.
